Can I Get My Access Code In A Text?

We do hope to offer this option in the future, but unfortunately that isn't an option at this point in time.

What If My Access Code Doesn't Work?

While we haven't had this issue during our months of testing the lock, we realize that mechanical and technical failures are a part of life. Contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

What If The Door Doesn't Lock When I'm Leaving?

If this occurs, close the door, latch the handle, and contact us immediately. We will get someone out there as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.

You Don't Have The Material I Need. Can I Still Get It?

Absolutely! We offer a bulk and special order form for you to fill out. We will order the material for you, get it to your Steel Store location of choice, and email you once it is ready for pickup!

What Happens If I Order The Wrong Material?

While The Steel Store itself is 24/7 access, our customer support does have standard work hours, so it is important for you to be accurate during your purchase process to ensure there is no delay in accessing your material.

If you go through the checkout process and realized you purchased the wrong material, contact us and we will help get your order corrected. If you use your access code before contacting us, we will have to verify our inventory and your order before being able to work with you on a solution.

I Realized I Need More Material? What Do I Do?

Simply go through the checkout process again. 

There is material in the Steel Store that is out of stock online. Why can't I buy it?

Items that are out of stock online but are present inside the Connex are most likely items that have been purchased and not picked up yet. You will have to wait until it comes back in stock online to purchase.

Where Are You Located?

The Steel Store is currently located in Cedar City, Utah, with locations in Panguitch and Richfield currently under development. Our goal is to have 10 locations throughout southern Utah by the end of 2023.

How Does The Steel Store Work?

We have combined the ease of a 24 hour, self-service location with our online store to make the process of purchasing material from us as streamline as possible. Here is a quick overview...

  1. Add your materials to the cart at - PAY ATTENTION TO INVENTORY LOCATION
  2. Head to checkout, select your pickup location, and finish the checkout process.
  3. Receive your access code via Email.
  4. Head to your pickup location and enter the access code in the keypad on the Connex.
  5. Gather your materials.
  6. Close the door and lock-up.
