Can I Get My Access Code In A Text?

Yes! Simply select the option for text during checkout and enter your phone number and your access code will be sent vial email AND text!

What If My Access Code Doesn't Work?

We work diligently to make everything work smoothly, but on rare occasions technology sometimes gets the best of us. Unfortunately mechanical and technical failures are a part of life, but contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you with getting access to the material you purchased.

What If The Door Doesn't Lock When I'm Leaving?

If this occurs, close the door, latch the handle, and contact us immediately. We will get someone out there as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.

You Don't Have The Material I Need. Can I Still Get It?

We do currently offer custom or special orders for our Cedar City location. Absolutely! Simply visit our Custom Order option and fill out the required information. We will contact you as soon as your order is available for pickup.

What Happens If I Order The Wrong Material?

While The Steel Box itself is 24/7 access, our customer support does have standard work hours, so it is important for you to be accurate during your purchase process to ensure there is no delay in accessing your material.

If you go through the checkout process and realized you purchased the wrong material, contact us and we will help get your order corrected. If you use your access code before contacting us, we will have to verify our inventory and your order before being able to work with you on a solution.

I Realized I Need More Material? What Do I Do?

Simply go through the checkout process again. 

There is material in The Steel Box physical location that is out of stock online. Why can't I buy it?

Items that are out of stock online but are present inside the conex are most likely items that have been purchased by other customers and not picked up yet. You will have to wait until it comes back in stock online to purchase.

Where Are You Located?

We have multiple Steel Box locations to try and make it as convenient as possible for residents of southern Utah and even Arizona! Our main location is in Cedar City, Utah, but you can view all locations in the navigation at the top of the website or on our Locations page.

How Does The Steel Box Work?

We have combined the ease of a 24 hour, self-service location with our online store to make the process of purchasing material from us as streamline as possible. Here is a quick overview...

  1. Add your materials to the cart at - PAY ATTENTION TO INVENTORY LOCATION
  2. Head to checkout, select your pickup location, and finish the checkout process.
  3. Receive your access code via Email or text.
  4. Head to your pickup location and enter the access code in the keypad on the conex.
  5. Gather your materials.
  6. Close the door and lock-up.
